Aside of the mild physical resemblance, Andy excels as they do. He graduated University of Michigan(my father's alma mater BTW) in 2009, and less than a year later he appears to be reporting for our "top publications." His beat seems to be- investigating big money related corruption. By all indications, he's a reporter that gives the big guys ... grief.

Not only has Andy Kroll taken on a very prominent position as Mother Jones's " Dark Money Reporter" and a "Senior reporter," but apparently he's a comedy fan- during his down time. All that spooky reportage must make him need a good chuckle!
Andy Kroll must have really adored colleague, Syndney Brownstone's comedy article on Nick Kroll's favorite comedian, and the woman he told the Washington Post is " my oldest and best comedy friend" and "I would do anything for her." - Tig Notaro(who also promoted Lance Armstrong in the Mother Jones article, strangely enough).
So strong was the love that he tweeted this in April- thought the article didn't even come out until May/June. So convinced of Tig Notaro's it girl itness in comedy that such itness had to be shared. Alas, only two favortited and no retweets to propagate said itness. Still, young Andy had done his part in trying to make an it from this girl named Tig, a year after her cancer diagnosis was supposed to "Blow up." When I called her an "It" they tried to use this against me at at a criminal trial. EGAD.
