So many questions, really. But, she'd never answer so I'll stick with two.
1) How much money and prestige do you need? Your husband is a big lawyer, and you had tons of money and prestige. What more do you want to justify your insanely lawless rulings? How do you stand yourself after your role in case 8CA5041?
2) You were the first female Federal Public Defender ? How many defendants did you screw over? How many were left completely bereft of any faith in the "justice" system due to you and your completely disdain for due process.
I suspect those questions are compound. Oh well.

Shout out to the jurors no. 2 in case 8CA10541- H Randolph Moore is an angel
A reader in Georgia is looking up my name. Maybe my " I prefer to stay anonymous"juror is in hiding somewhere. I don't blame them for being frightened.
I'm working on other things now and I doubt I'll be coming here often but I just want the jurors of case 8CA10541 in the CCB or Clara Folz courthouse whatever to know that kind of a liar Katie Ford is and what kind of City attorney Los Angeles has . Katie Ford lied to you and to the judge and she follows a long line of city attorneys who have no shame and will do anything to advance their sad dreams. She left such a trail of lies in the "trial breif" that she has made my life easy but you didn''t get to see that. You didnt' get to see anything but a spectacle, really. But, I'm sure you remember the mouse monster saying, " You sue a lot of people, don't you Ms. Spitzberg." Well, Jurors, go see how true that is. In my 40 years I've had many reasons and valid lawsuits I could have filed but I never did . That Katie Ford lie is one of the least serious but still why lie like that if you have any case.
I'm going to show you what a vicious and pathetic liar Mathilde Tig Notaro is soon too but that requires me to access my old computer and I've been too tired to connect wires etc. I will also show you what a liar Martha Kelly, Jackie Kashian, and Jeff Klinger is.
But, for today It is my duty to just tell you that what Ford told you about her dropping charges to make your life easier or to save money is a lie of such absurd proportions and then when someone asked " So what happens now." and the evil Katie Ford told you the judge dismissed it .... cause he didn't want to spend more money... Well, Jurors, I don't have much respect for your reasoning skills, to be honest. How so many could conclude and be ready to convict on such illogical conclusions is very scary.
Only one had common sense , but the others should give a thought or do research on these matters , and they should know that when you were gone the judge indeed commented on what a long and expensive trial it was and did give a gentle voiced lecture to the prosecution about how it was thier fault and that he thought that they would never successfully prosecute me on it and that he thought it was a civil matter than never should have made it's way to a criminal court. You see, that judge is the exception, and that judge is a just, sharp, and fair man. And, that judge figured out that this was all a retaliation for daring to sue Marty Singer or Allison Siever's client.... The threat management who took on such a case when they never had any reason to and they never investigated(despite me begging them to and supplying witnesses) is also represented by Marty Singer's firmm. That is why I got such a patently false restraining order granted in the first place. So, Katie Ford(and her new BFF whose name we won't mention) when she told you that the judge dismissed it all probably committed more malpractice. I'll find out. And, I doubt the judge would appreciate her lying about dropping 4 charges for their benefit. In fact, if you didn't hear me that day - those 4 charges were too obvious a part of this very obvious malicious prosecution and those charges were added strictly to intimidate me into pleading to thier bullshit diversion plea. Jail failed, competency barbarities failed, harrasment failed, and that was all they had left in thier arsenal but it of course had to be dropped. If you just knew what those charges were and how embarrassinly transparent they were.
I've let it go that 11 failed in their duty to the truth, but I do think it is my duty for those 11 to not leave that godforsaken courthouse with such false impressions of the city attorney and the los angeles injustice system. I am indeed earnest and relentless about my promise to make sure that others don't have to endure what me and my family endured.

and not only is it beyond untimely but it is full of lies that were witnessed by many PD's and prosecutors and now the two judges are going to have to dispute the lies this prince Martin Boags is telling without shame.

Judge Samantha Jessner never declared me anything. There's a transcript. The two uncivilized harpies, Jennifer abrahms Waxler, and Felise Cohen Kalpakian made that desperate and evil choice and they did it with a nauseating ex parte witnessed by many. It was a memorable scene - a scene that made many jaws drop. A scene that just may go down in infamy.
Why are you so scared of me being my own lawyer? It really is bizzarre. Your motion is not only crazily untimely but it is a gift-- for the malicious prosecution claim. You are now lying about what was said to the judge. I'm, of course, perplexed as to what the judge will do when lied about like that. You never asked her for anything-- you just got away with her granting your request for a continuance because you were going on vacation. I'm trying to picture you on vacation-- relaxing and doing vacation type things while conniving against an innocent person I hope there is no wife and kids in the picture because that makes it even scarier. I am entitled to a trial with 12 jurors for competency and two experts too, eichman.

So, now I see that I'm dealing with maniacal rodents and I'm going to start posting all the stuff that will show what a liar Tig Notaro and the others are. I've waited long enough for common sense to come by.
I'm going to start posting all Notaro's and the other's versions, the fraudulent search warrants, the messed up minutes and the motions -- how a malicious prosecution looks and feels. I'm going to do everything to publicize this because I have a case that will show one of the reasons California is broke, What this LAPD threat management unit and Lavely and Singer are up to, and will hopefully get these very dangerous and rotten people to leave "public service.", and show who this Tig Notaro (and her "witnesses" are. Jury Duty
Growing up I heard stories-- In retrospect, they were so limited. And since my grandmother has been not alive since 1993, I'll never get the detail I want. I would do anything to talk to her as an adult- the questions, the questions.
The jist was that at 32 years old my grandmother, my mother and her brothers, and my grandfather, and thier parents etc, were taken in 1944 to be killed, murdered, exterminated, liquidated-- What have you blah blah blah. All things relative, the fact that I'm blogging is statistically... unusual. My grandmother had 4 kids, a husband, and 32 years of the weariness of the intelligent woman, and here they come these sick dumb bastards and take it all away -- no good reason!
No big deal. Don't get nasty like Tig Notaro- lying to the lazy or corrupt Neil Spector-- about how my mother talks about the Holocaust all the time. What a sick and stupid lie. There seemed to be a "to do" about us not letting her get away with what she did and it seemed that our mentality was unusual, sadly. Apparently, most people have an easier time taking shit from shit than the Spitzberg girls.
So, we tried to explain to the evil judge gerald rosenberg maybe, or to creepy desperate Brian Whitaker(neo nazi chick) that they don't scare us etc, and Mathilde Notaro made statements that will haunt her for the rest of her inferior and criminal ife.
truth: in my 40 years I heard so little about the holocaust, that it is insane. I vividly remember lying in bed - maybe 6 years old in Belle Harbor, NY (till now-- still-- 34 years later)- trying to imagine how those germans(humans?) just went about their business, how they slept at night, how they could summon the energy for everyday living... watering the plants, chatting with the grocer, maybe playing raquetball, as their fellow men and woman were being gassed in chambers. Still, so little was told me and I want to know so much more.
Gas chambers. Now, different chambers. Very different they'd say-- but it's the same
What intrigues me most today-- is there a grey area between good and evil?
I don't think so. Perhaps, there is a banality of evil vs unadorned evil. But, in sum, there's real right and real wrong and everything in between(most everything) is wrong. There can be no in between when it comes certain things-- you either do the right thing or you don't and to assuage yourself by thinking how you are not as evil as the next-- waste of your life and waste of your time. Fear of job loss, fear of retaliation from sick souls-- get over it , weaklings! You are a failure!
This all brings to mind, JUDGE Samantha Jessner, and why she offends me the most. So close but yet so far( This sense that she wants to be decent but ixnays it at the last moment.)
... C'mon, life is too short to make such deafeating choices. The other judges seem caricatures-- but Jessner, seems like there was hope of redemption-- a kernel of sanity?
In the end, with watching witnesses aplenty, she did the wrong thing to the wrong person and instead of holding Felise Cohen Kalpakian and Jennifer Abrams Waxler in contempt-- she condescendingly bullshitted me about the rightness of her "order." It didn't get past me and it will be remedied. She knew the truth.
Stanford, U.S attorney-- all the opportunities and at 41 years old she decides to sell out, reward liars, and screw an innocent and good person. Well, that's just too bad. I had ambitions and dreams to, dear.
I won't lose. No tactic will ever work. Sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite.

Palin and barbieri and my theory on what blogging should be, bitches.
My last post contained a very good business idea and yet I don't sense the eagerness that should accompany such a grand scheme. I am tiring of you, blog, and your cryptic ways. I remember I was done with you and then for some reason on March 6 someone name Eyevonne came upon you and wrote such nice things and spoke of reffering all of her friends. Well, she never showed her face again despite entreaties and only one of her friends commented. The modern commmunication landscape sucks diseased balls. In my day, there was so many missed connecions. You either called some one back on the rotary phone or not or you wrote back a letter.
How fogey I feel when i think of going to highschool and college in this climate. How horrible the though of everyone walking on campus with cell phones and sitting in the libraries with laptops. There just is something very wrong about that, to me.
I don't even want to think of the pressure on teens to get calls to their cell and land lines and hits and friends request to your social network sites . Then comes twitter and the teen who thought he was all that on Myspace and pretty popular on facebook suddenly tweets and noone follows!
I don't yet have a gray hair and I so relate to that Dana Carvey old fogey character on SNL from years back. "And, we liked it that way."
I have fond memories of waiting on line to call home on a payphone in college, chatting with people in between classes, having to go to the library to do research.
Then, I read somewhere that teen suicide is on the rise and I suspect that this overdone technological advances era is a mess.

A blog should be about unleashing frustrations and airing dissatisfactions, I firmly believe. Seriously, all this celebrity gossip and blowhardy political pontificating and the lack of inventiveness shown -- must have short posts with pic and links and blah blah. Technology has given us all a way to reach out to the void and to try to make the world at least a little better and what to we do????
We make Perez Hilton and Arrianna Huffingtons the king and queens and the world devolves and devolves into a partisan gossipfest.
Saw some slim bovine from the la morning show barbieri something and she was defending Letterman for his inane retard comments about Palin's kid and she was orange colored, almost rust, and her arguments in defense of that degraded chump, Letterman, were too dumb and annoying to repeat. That mentality: I am a political person and take a side and I will defend that side even when the wrongness is so stinking. Palin's 14 year old kid screwed and impregnated by some famous womanizer is funny or clever??? This Barbieri does diet commercials and she is almost always barely clothed and I forgot her first name but I hope she comes upon my blog someday and decided that she should stick to interviewing American Idol contestants.
So much piss and vinegar that if piss was acceptable as a salad dressing I'd be in business.
