To my reader in Tukwilla- Yes, Stef Willen lied about Alisa Spitzberg and by doing so-- became a criminal, considering the lies were used in a now five year long legal nightmare where the cheif instigator, tig notaro, is hailed as a big hearted heroine when in fact she is a disturbed and malicious pathological liar

Someone knows my name in Tukwilla. That necessarily will be the name of my book!

Tig Notaro's lie is almost two years old and someone in Tukwilla somehow is looking for " Stef Willen lied about Alisa Spitzberg"

I have no idea who this person and I can't say I've heard of Tukwilla before today. But, I do feel a desire to talk to this googling soul in Tukwilla, and maybe offer them the most nutshell versions of the case so far.

The case so far is so out of control that it can only be released in website form or book form and I'm working on that. Then, I have to prepare for trial and so time is very much of the essence so I'll give you a true but very very truncated version of the story:

1- Tig Notaro invents a lie about Alisa Spitzberg for no discernible reason other than misplaced spite etc
2- Alisa Spitzberg finds out about the lie from Notaro and is in shock.
3-Alisa Spitzberg realizes that such a lie(invented incidences and invented violence) would destroy her career and she tries to remedy the situation as best as she can under the circumstances
4- Tig Notaro can't admit the lie because hey lying like that would show her true colors and hurt her chances in life and so she decides it's better to keep lying and hope Alisa just doesn't mind
5- Alisa writes a silly post on datalounge and many come forward with their loathing for Notaro
6- Notaro rather than find out and full of wishful thinking lies to herself and thinks that Spitzberg is behind anything negative said about her.
7- Notaro can't sue Spitzberg for defamation because what spitzberg says is true and she would have to prove there was no one else out there writing these things. In fact, had she really investigated she'd know that many many people can't stand her and that these people have no idea who spitzberg is.
8- Notaro hires Allison Sievers of Lavely and Singer to stop this maddening thread on Datalounge
9- Sievers advises her that she's pretty much helpless because hey she lied and that's what happens when you defame an innocent person
10- Tig begs Allison for any help and Allison gets filthy and says " I'll make some calls"

The rest is a product of all this and to mention at this exact moment. But, there is no doubt that Spitzberg never knew or hurt or bothered Notaro and that she only became disgusted and frustrated when she found out that Notaro, a total stranger to her, was ruining her good name. Then, she haplessly and maybe artlessly sought to find out why this was happening. She never in the course of trying to set things straight did anything criminal and anyone saying anything different is a liar.
Notaro, rather than fessing up and making ammends chose to use brute forces to help her and this is what resulted and it really is a travesty at this point.

Stef Willens role? Not completely clear but according to the brute force that got themselves mixed up in this for no legal reason- she was willing to lie about it in court and lied about it to them. In court, she didn't confirm the lie on the reports but that didn't matter as the fix was long in. Willen supposedly told police that Spitzberg pushed Notaro at a coffeee shop called Tsunami on August 29th 2007. This simply never happened and many witnesses can attest to this. This lie has cost Spitzberg and her family so so much.... and  Stef Willen is writing bad poetry and appears oblivious to all the human misery she has caused.


So, Ms. or Mr. Tukwilla, that's the best I can do under the circumstances, but the most basic of gists is this: SPITZBERG MET NOTARO ONCE AND WAS POLITE TO HER AND MANY WITNESSES CAN ATTEST TO THIS. NOTARO IS A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR AND AN EVIL PERSON WHO WAS WILLING TO DESTROY SOMEONES LIFE FOR NO GOOD REASON AND WILLEN EITHER GOADED NOTARO TO DO SO OR HAS JUST LET IT GET WORSE AND WORSE FOR HER OWN SICK REASONS-- THAT ARE NOT YET 100 PERCENT CLEAR. SPITZBERG ONLY KNEW WILLEN FOR MORE OR LESS 3 MONTHS AND BELIEVES WILLEN EITHER MADE NOTARO DO THIS  TO KEEP NOTARO NEAR HER(or whatever!!) OR THAT SHE JUST WAS WILLING TO LIE FOR NOTARO TO GET A JOB(which she did in fact get from Notaro) EITHER WAY WILLEN HAS COMMITTED UNFORGIVABLE SINS. WILLEN HAS STUDIOSLY AVOIDED AN INVESTIGATOR INVESTIGATING THIS MATTER!  AS OF TODAY SHE HAS DONE SO. WILLEN IS EITHER THE WORST OF COWARDS OR EVIL -- not a pretty picture.

so much more and these two ladies, willen and notaro, shoul be in jail for a very long time for what havoc and utter destruction their lies have caused. The rest of the comedian goons came a little later and thier names are here as well and there karma is a MESS.
