O’gara - In 1997, with annual revenues of approximately $60 million, Kroll merged with vehicle armoring company O'Gara-Hess & Eisenhard. The new entity, The Kroll-O'Gara Company, became a public company listed on NASDAQ as "KROG."
-Thomas M. O'Gara, one of our founders, has been our Chairman since our formation in August 2003. Mr. O'Gara previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of The Kroll-O'Gara Company, a publicly traded provider of specialized products and services to the risk mitigation and security markets, from 1997 until 2001. He served as Chairman of the Board of The O'Gara Company from 1996 until the 1997 merger of Kroll Holdings, Inc.
-Works with DHS on IED’s “A-T Solutions has won General Services Administration's (GSA) blanket purchase agreement to support Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO)'s counter-IED training programme…Other three firms wining the agreement include The O'Gara Group, SAIC, and Wexford/CACI.” III. IV. DHS/FEMA/U.N. preparing for Civil War a. United Nations -U.N. contracts Dyncorp “People who work in the industry have long understood that there are a variety of U.N. agencies that use a variety of companies for both logistical and security needs and have competed for those contracts. Some of them have been present in most UN operations since the 1990s. In fact, Executive Outcomes, the legendary South African private security contractor was a U.N. approved vendor. Indeed, some companies have a history of working with the United Nations which dates back decades. Admittedly, the monetary payoff is not as big as are U.S. government contracts but they are avidly competed for nonetheless. Some of the same companies you've seen and heard mentioned in Iraq and Afghanistan, for example, such as Aegis, DynCorp, ArmorGroup and Global Risk Strategies are frequent UN partners.”
-U.N. Counter-Terrorism “At the same time a number of programmes, offices and agencies of the United Nations system have been engaged in specific activities against terrorism, further assisting Member States in their counter-terrorism efforts.”
-U.N. Smalls Arms Treaty “Mindful also of the role regional organizations can play in assisting States Parties, upon request, in implementing this Treaty, “ “In implementing this Treaty, each State Party may seek assistance including legal or legislative assistance, institutional capacity-building, and technical, material or financial assistance. Such assistance may include stockpile management, disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programmes, model legislation, and effective practices for implementation. Each State Party in a position to do so shall provide such assistance, upon request.”
Gun Control/Military Purge -Obama’s Litmus Purge “’High-ranking officers in the United States military are being replaced by the Obama administration and for a number of dubious reasons.’ The author of this list, Kyle Becker, concludes: ‘If the federal government is being abused to silence critics of the administration, or if it is being wielded against those who refuse to carry out illegal and immoral acts, representative government demands not just investigation, but decisive action.’” “Well, there seems to be some very credible evidence that since last year and through this year that there has been a ‘litmus test’ given to American Military Officers. The Main point of that test, ‘Would you fire on an American Citizen?’ If you say no, then as Donald Trump would say, ‘Your fired!’”
-Similarities to the Redy Army’s Great Purge “The late 1930s saw the purges of the Red Army leadership which occurred concurrently with Stalin's Great Purge of Soviet society. In 1936 and 1937, at the orders of Stalin, thousands of Red Army senior officers were dismissed from their commands. The purges had the objective of cleansing the Red Army of the ‘politically unreliable elements’, mainly among higher-ranking officers.”
-Operation Chokepoint “Federal law enforcers are targeting merchant categories like payday lenders, ammunition and tobacco sales and telemarketers — but not merely by pursuing those merchants directly. Rather, Operation Choke Point is flooding payments companies that provide processing service to those industries with subpoenas, civil investigative demands and other burdensome and costly legal demands,” Mr. Oxman wrote.
-Hitler’s disarmament of Jews “’Actually, there are parallels between the firearm bans and registration requirements enacted by the Weimar Republic and those proposed by President Obama,’ Halbrook, a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute, told The Daily Caller when asked what he would say to those who will argue making such a comparison sounds a bit hysterical. ‘Only law-abiding persons obeyed those laws. Weimar authorities warned that the lists of gun owners must not fall into the hands of ‘radical elements.’ The lists fell right into the hands of the Nazis when they assumed power. Gun owner data can be misused by the government today just as it did in the IRS scandal, and it can be hacked for nefarious purposes.’” ‘That said,’ he added, ‘comparisons to Nazi Germany are unjustified in a society where a free press and free elections remain, and no one is being herded into death camps.’” “’The disarming of the Jews and other ‘enemies of the state’ was widely reported when it occurred. Historians failed to pursue the topic or the rich history I located in the German archives. By contrast, numerous histories of resistance movements in the occupied countries reflect the desperate need for arms. First-hand accounts of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising are an inspiring tribute of how armed Jewish resisters fought the Nazis.’”
