I wonder what Alissa Sterling Nee Malzman thinks of Tig Notaro's brave cancer survivor shenanigans

I also would love to know what Heidi Feigin must be thinking... or Julius Quinn or Sam C or any of the many who know what a shameless and criminal liar she is... I wonder if Alissa Sterling (public pretender and self interested person extraordinaire) knows now about Nick Kroll and Kroll cops and some more reasons why so little made any sense in case 8CA10541...

From day one (April 30th 2008) the fix was in due to Tig Notaro somehow snagging herself the son of Jules Kroll as a best friend. Gregory Boles(the former head of the LAPD's Threat Management Unit) now works for Kroll and that is what all members of that unit will do as soon as no one is looking. Or is looking. The corruption is tolerated, obviously.

Alissa Malzman sure did way way too little to get justice for me or anyone faced with that kind of maliciously wielded power. I hope she gets out of law ASAP. She does not deserve the right to defend the innocent or the guilty.  She should become something that doesn't involve anything justice related. She has no clue as to what justice is about, and she truly does not care.  My god how she threw the case.... never making the jury know so so so so so so so many things that any ethical lawyer would be expected to do... The list is so long. Not mentioning that the criminal charge was brought a week after I filed a defamation suit against Mathilde " Call me Tig cause I'm foul" Notaro. Notaro felt so afraid that she waited 18 days to report her invented violation of the order...

Alissa Malzman did not see fit to say that and then she skimmed over the fact that John Gregozek said to my mother, " You sued her didn't you" as the explanation as to why he was bringing criminal charges against me... And Alissa Malzman should have motioned for a Bail Hearing since there was absolutely no legal reason for me to be given bail a year and half into the case. This caused us to lose another 800 dollars and had she called for a bail hearing the whole case would have been opened up and my life would be a million times easier. And she never mentioned that she had no witness statements to cross examine with cause the prosecutor and cops never took statements from the false witnesses that would ultimately perjure themselves so they could get ahead in comedy. Who knows... Nick Kroll could have threatened them on top of offering them gigs. "Thanks for letting me open for you at the Improv" from Brian Whitaker(false witness at R.O hearing). Once again Alissa Malzman Sterling did not see fit to mention that.... And astoundingly Alissa never made any issue about the fact that Notaro was able to obtain a restraining order where I was to be restrained against her alleged three roommates-- Chris Fairbanks, Thomas Sharpe, and Kjell Bjorgen..

Malzman knew that two of those guys never even lived with Notaro...One lie all lies. That alone should have gotten it all thrown out and charges of lying to the police and perjury should have been brought against Stef Wille, Notaro and all that had lied under other, till that point.

But, the most amazing one is how she didn't see it as relevant that Martha Kelly, Jackie Kashian and Jeff Klinger were given spots at the Bentzen Ball a few months prior to their testifying... Then, we have the fact that Notaro had made a good 100 lies that Alissa refused to use as cross examination? Then, the most awful...

Alissa Malzman Sterling told me on a few occasions that I was being maliciously prosecuted. Then during trial -- that I was being railroaded and that all the 5 witnesses against me were being "coached."  Did this compel her to write one motion.... motions regarding malicious prosecutions, motion to collaterally attack the validity fo the restraining order, Motion to dismiss, Motion for Void judgement... So many it's mind blowing. Her attitude was ... the hell with you... This is about me. She put in 10% and still all charges dismissed in very very rare dispositions...  dispositions that indicated what I knew all along... this was a seriously malicious prosecution . four charges dismissed by the prosecution a week before trial. 2 charges Aquitted by the judge after an oral motion to acquit. And the last charge... A charge that Alissa Malzman made almost no effort to fight... Dismissed in the interests of justice by Judge Randolph Moore. Extremely rare dispositions... Dispositions that strongly indicate malicious prosecution, especially when you consider that since Alissa Malzman threw the case ... the jury was bamboozled into believing the one remaining charge was one bit valid.

Alissa also let the prosecution alter the jury instructions in amazing ways. She also made no effort to respond to the prosecutions "trial breif" where Katie Ford wrote what she long knew to be lies... She had more than enough evidence by that point. She could have collaterally attacked the Order and the whole criminal case right then and there... Instead, she did nothing. Even after she said, " My mother is outraged about your case,' and repeatedly told me I was being malicously prosecuted and that the private lawyer before her "had raped me" for taking 10k and never even bothering to contact one of the six witnesses. She told me at one point... " I can never be mad at you because you have been through so many outrages."
There were many more witnesses that existed and that should have been interviewed. After the trial, she even refused to hand over the witness statments she had to have taken from Sam Consuegra, Julius Quinn Robers, Heidi Feigin and LAPD officer Jacqueline Montalvo... Unbelievable . No one would believe any lawyer could be so lousy when so much was at stake and she knew it...
Malzman gave 10 percent...  Imagine how fine my life would be if she gave even 20 percent?

I would have easily won my multi-million dollar civil suit ( illegal and malicious competency scheme, 31 days in jail, two years of loss of liberty, invasion of privacy over and over again... the making of very bad PTSD, loss of name, loss peace of mind, loss career prospects...loss of a lot of money, the defamation...)... and my name would be cleared...
