My my it gets better and better. I can't wait to tell you all --the story of the damned decade.

It's impossible for me to talk at any length to anyone lately because my story overtakes me and as storytelling type I don't want to impose on someone the 89 hours required to tell it well.
And everday there is a new wrinkle .It's good for a few books, really.

But, yesterday, was thus far too exciting for a blog post. In short, they ordered a mental competency hearing out of desperation-- because they have no case, and they know that both a criminal jury and a civil jury will rule against them down the road and much money is at stake
So, dirty dirty tricks, and more void orders and corrupt judges, and inches away from that light that must exist at the end of this tunnel. That light better not be a fucking mirage! Come to think of it, mirages are a really depressing concept.


So many scenes that you'd think would only happen in a movie(a really Lynchian one) are happening all the time.

So these desperate rapacious prosecutors make up lies and totally represent my legal representation up to this point. Very easily proven lies- and I will show each one-- how far to they think this farce can go?

We've lost our innocence but the idealism seems to persist.

So, meanwhile, the really funny part is this: Because of all the stress and misery caused by this malicious prosecution I now for the first time in my life go to a psychiatrist and this psychiatrist has made it very clear to me that she finds me very sane.And she's such a likeable, down to earth, and attractive psychiatrist that this prosecution's sleazy ploy will bite them bad if I have to get her to court. Any more detail might be dangerous because it wouldn't be illogical to conclude that one of my sloppy adversaries is reading this blog.

I want to talk about pop culture but my life has become too big for that for reasons unknown, and I can only say that I really like the Hoff( a judge now on Americas got talent). I hope he's really as nice as he seems. If I found out now that he's really a bastard I'd be more just sad than surprised

The capo concept is the most depressing one to survive the holocaust and I've met six in the last year. Damn it, my poor mother can't stand it doubly when "her people" commit such sins. It is has been thus far impossible to disabuse that super peach of a woman of this stubborn illusion. Cold comfort that the gruesome threesome of Howard Williams, Alisson Sievers,and Tig Notaro appear by all indications to be gentiles.

Blogosphere? Is it true that Oprah gave freebies yesterday? AOL keeps me in the know, you see.

I love free things but only the free lunch is ever offered. And, we all know about how that turns out.

Read killer good reveiw of Bruno in the New Yorker. I love Anthony Lane and am saying so openly in the hopes that he comes to my blog and then eventually becomes a "dear friend."

Which reminds me of how one of the major revelations after years of mounting/dawning realizations: most if not all movie critics are corrupt or corruptible. It just wasn't possible for Ebert to like some of the movies he liked and now I feel the same with Nancy Franklin after her review of Nurse Jackie.

No way no how her sensibility would permit that glowing review and so I'm forced to see another nude emperor. I wonder if that show picked up after I saw that awful premier.

There's a new Nursecentric show on called "Mercy" about another underappreciated but primetimeworthy Nurse. It is by all measures-- the year of the Nurse and I hope that puts a spring in their nurse shoes.

Most Nurses are mean and stupid but most are not too so godspeed, nurses. I hope your shows don't get cancelled.

Back to corrupted tv or movie reviewers: There should be a really good investigation about that. Once I get the resources I will add that to my list of needed investigations.

But, Anthony Lane, by all indications is not yet corrupted and he's very brilliant and because of him I'll wait for Bruno on pay per view. Ya'll should read that review too! I'm too weak to link but just google Anthony Lane and Bruno and New Yorker and you should be fine.

Rob Blogoyevich should really Blog. He seems to have a lot to say and his wife can write there too as she was in the jungle as a celebrity and there has got to be something we can all learn from that. Patty B. shout out! I miss having a tv show to watch. None yet. Catch glimpses of Americas got Talent but everytime I see those two silly English judges I lose interest. And, then Hoff as the lone American! Madness. Every show now has some English accented person on there now(I'm a celebrity get me out of here) and Simon Cowell is to blame, obviously. But, British judges for an American talent show is just messed up, yo.

And, Niles with his tight little annoying child's mouth and Sharon with her trying to show her overflowing humanity now that she beat up some skank on a rock of love reunion show. Which reminds me of my thoughts about the concept of "humanity" yesterday-- hmmm... Too deep for pre-breaky.

And then Hoff with his smile idiotically while his heart is breaking hoffness.

Squandered potential that show and if I just had the ear of the Execs that show would be a huge hit a long time ago. But,I do not have the ear of the head honchos and that is why you all are HURTING. So, please let us try to correct that ASAP
