Louis CK and Tig Notaro had a strange relationship before the supposed, " SNL plagiarism scandal."

Well that so called  scandal didn't seem to go very far. I found out about by seeing this.

https://www.datalounge.com/thread/18709126-%E2%80%98snl%E2%80%99-and-louis-c.k.%E2%80%99s-plagiarism-scandal-deepens-after-tig-notaro-deems-it-%E2%80%9Cextremely-disappointing%E2%80%9D-

A real scandal however - how she faked having a stalker and then faked having cancer- has yet to get fully exposed. Just saw that this post is getting tons of hits so I just am gonna cut and paste the parts that refer to Louis CK's participation in what I consider to be a scam.

For the short attention spanners out there (and I don't blame you cause I have a short attention span too)

http://henypire.blogspot.com/2014/01/should-tig-notaro-win-grammy-for-best.html

Did Notaro tell anyone what she planned to do on stage?

Not all of it, of course, but Louis CK, would remember a detailed encounter with Notaro backstage, when he sold the set on his website, and when he set this out to all the people on his e-mail list. The Huffington Post wrote a whole piece dedicated to his "e-mail blast."

From Louis CK's Website:

 October 5th 2012-

One night I was performing at a club in LA called Largo. Tig was there. She was about to go on stage. I hadn't seen Tig in about a year and I said how are you? She replied "well I found out today that I have cancer in both breasts and that it has likely spread to my lymph nodes. My doctor says it looks real bad. "

Three days later, Louis CK spoke to Terry Gross of NPR’s Fresh Air about the set.

October 8th 2012

So I went in and there was Tig and we're standing in the dark next to the stage and she's getting ready to go on. And I said hey, I heard you're sick. I'm sorry. And she said actually, I have cancer. And I was like what? And she said yeah, it's really bad and it's in my whole chest and it's going to go all the way to my lymph nodes and I'm not going to make it, probably. And she started telling me this stuff and, you know, my eyes filled up, I couldn't believe it.

Notaro to WBRC radio, and to Peter Holmes, and on her podcast:

"I didn’t talk to anyone backstage. I didn’t tell anyone." She went on to how shocked all the performers were afterwards.

How did Louis CK approach Notaro about releasing the tape? Woody Allen as witness?

According to Tig Notaro

“After the show It took her two months to agree to Louis C.K.’s idea to release it and is “shocked” that it’s become the No1 selling comedy album. “When you do a show it might generate chatter, but not go around the world,” she says.
(It was released at the Start of October- Cancer awareneness month, don’t ya know.)

On his website, Louis CK would say this about her reluctance to release the tape. https://buy.louisck.net/news/about-tig-notaro

“A few days later, I wrote Tig and asked her if I could release this set on my site. I wanted people to hear what I saw. What we all saw that night. She agreed.”

Vs.

Tig Notaro to Ariel Levy of Elle Magazine:

After the show, Notaro was revved up and stayed out with friends until 5 a.m. "I woke up at noon and turned my phone on, and it would not stop buzzing. Hundreds of e-mails, texts: ‘How are you?’ ‘I love you.’ From everyone I’ve ever known. It had just exploded on the Internet during the night; I was so confused. I had e-mails from my manager: Rolling Stone wants to talk to you, The New York Timescalled, book offers are coming in. It was like it was July and I came out of my bedroom and the house was decorated for Christmas, with a tree and presents and your whole family is there like, fa la la la la. What is happening?"

C.K. called to say he’d had a three-hour lunch with Woody Allen talking about her set, and wanted to sell a recording of the set on his website. (Called "Live," it has sold more than 100,000 downloads.)

Note: In nearly every version of this part- she says Louis CK called her the next morning and urged her to release it and she only agreed a week before October...

So, did CK e-mail her somewhat leisurely and have her agree a few days later, or did he call her the next day urging and pleading and such...? Or is Tig Notaro an insane liar. I go with the last one unless Louis CK is lying for whatever reason?

She would repeatedly make comments about how she only gave in after months of Louis CK's pestering. And, she always maintained that Louis CK called her the next day to urge her to release it because "It is very important."

A fist fight broke out... This is all during my set. I had to stay focused and talk to audience while people were pinning each other down and screaming. And one of the guys that left, the police broke his leg while they were holding him down.

back now at my place. had a crazy night. went to the normandie room with tig and her friend from denver. we wanted to show her friend a nice, quiet bar and at the end of the evening a birthday girl wearing a I heart pusssy t-shirt calledd tig a "fucking dyke" for eating a piece of her cake, then the girl threw cake at her, and yelled at me…

Newer Theory on Tig Notaro's missing breasts - FTM. Grow a beard, girl. Make it even more obvious, please.

At one point, "Tig" Notaro really pulled a fast one when she went on a stage, ripped her shirt off and burdened a poor comedy seeking audience with the sight of what they had to believe were mastectomy scars.

It must have been gross and bizarre to those who came for a night of laughs, but it did seem to succeed in its mission. Notaro's mission: silence the skeptics - that suspected her whole cancer story was a sham. Entertainment Weekly was so suspicious, they pulled an already ready web series. Ellen wouldn't book her. And so on.

After the stunt, they ran the webseries, and Ellen finally submitted to the pressure put on her by "Tig's people."

Who knows how many more in the "business," needed such a stunt to be convinced, but I can see a pattern of how her career was going before, and after that grim bit of anti comedy pathos/ cover up.

Before this new theory, I'd thought finding a picture of her with breasts after her supposed surgery was a busted moment, so to speak.

Then, I thought finding her facebook post -where she was looking for a make up artist - the night of that publicity stunt/cover up -as the smoking gun, but then I heard she was flashing those scars again and again in all sorts of specials, and even in a magazine feature

(I just learned of this today actually when looking for pictures of her in a suit. So much wrong with that picture but that's for another day.)

Check mate or chest mate, or whatever the hell you call it when you are witnessing a particularly insane form of fraud. And the fraudster has long been teflon due to her special friendship with the son of Jules Kroll. A friendship even more super special since they conspired in a criminal conspiracy together in the Los Angeles Superior court.

I still have no doubt that Notaro is still engaged in a cancer scam, but I have no choice but to revise the theory in light of newer thoughts and images ( the one where she's close up and topless in particular.)

I think she did cut off her breasts. I don't think she cut them off when she says she did, or because they were cancerous, but now she no longer has them because she is transgender and she is transitioning.

I think so for various reasons:

1)  Notaro is now exclusively wearing really manly clothes in every image I've seen post "mastectomy."

2)She she chose not to have reconstruction.

(I can't speak for every woman, but as a woman I can't fathom not getting reconstruction. Her you go girl blah blah blah bullshit sound bite of a reason was, " I am more comfortable with scars than fake boobs."  That might endear her to those not paying close attention or those who like that kind of you go girl Jezebel reader kind of trifling fakeness, but...

3) In the absence of reconstruction, she immediately was so comfortable being without breasts? So much so that she appeared to go out of her way to wear form fitting tight t shirts on any public appearance

4) A Stef Willen told me that during their long relationship, she never "had sex with Notaro." I didn't really care to think about that strange comment then, but now I think it meant that Notaro didn't want to be touched or whatever cause she regarded herself as a dude.

( sidenote: Odd too that Notaro needed both breasts off cause she claimed to have stage 2 in both breasts. What are the odds same stage in both. I guess it's possible but I'd guess that the Notaro just wasn't in the mood to create a more elaborate lie in that instance and just went with the, " uh uh yeah uh uh same uh so uh" thing.

What forty something woman wouldn't choose reconstruction? Then, what straight or gay woman would be so proud of how flat her chest looks. This sounds like something only a FTM might relate to.

Nick Kroll is one connected dude: Tig Notaro astounding amounts of inconsistent statements about her cancer set story.

Before cancer, only the West Hollywood Patch was promoting comedian, Tig Notaro. Not only promoting but predicting great things if the public only came to her show at Largo on August 3rd 2012. Prescient promoters this Patch?

Friday's Scoop: Tig Notaro, Faux Spiritual Guru

Almost break-out comedian Tig Notaro tells jokes at Largo, while a documentary about a faux spiritual guru screens at the Silent Movie Theatre.
Good News shares the heartwarming stories of your community. Heaven is for Real, available on DVD – July 22.

http://westhollywood.patch.com/groups/goodnews/p/friday-s-scoop-tig-notaro-faux-spiritual-gurus

With appearances on the Sarah Silverman Show, Community and The Office under her belt, Entertainment Weekly named the comic as someone who seems ready to break out into stardom at a moment’s notice. That moment could come tonight as Notaro does her stand-up routine at , joined by Mary Lynn Rajskub, Ed Helms and Bill Burr.

How did James F. Mills know? Just a guess? Aside of the strange presence of this promo, the morning before the show, ask yourself how any story can be true considering these INCONSISTENCIES.

I won't even get into the exact Nick Kroll propelled press, or her treatment for cancer contradictions. It is my belief that facing disgrace considering Judge Richard Fruin's statements in open court on April 25th 2012, she and Nick Kroll scrambled to do what they could to make her money quick. Maybe, they thought too that cancer would cause this judge and the public to absolve her of the sins she'd committed with her very costly and vicious stalking scam. Attempts by Kroll to launch her had failed pre-cancer.  See Kickstarter scam, " Clown Service" and see the Largo show she had right before this and how it didn't draw anyone. See Popwach Louis CK issue.

I do not even think Kira Hesser was at any show that night. Why is she the only one of the public to ever discuss it.  I'm not sure there was even a real show. It could have been taped with sound effects in front of Nick Kroll and some friends. It wouldn't be too hard considering his access and wealth. He had certain members of the press lined up and so it went.  Then, I contend that every one who would subsequently report on this supposedly big story... was in some way or another connected to Nick Kroll's comedy payola. Nothing, or nearly nothing, came about organically. You decide, of course.

Why did she get a mammogram?

According to Notaro, after staying in a hospital for a week due to a relapse of C-Diff, she had returned to her "regular doctor" for a check up and once again told this doctor of a lump that she'd noticed a year ago. At no time in the hospital battling a deadly virus did she recall the lump she'd found troubling only a year before. Huffington Post-http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/04/tig-notaro-breast-cancer_n_1742071.html

The doctor wasn't concerned again, but told her it was time to get a mammogram.

When did she get a mammogram?

Notaro would say that only after seeing this unconcerned doctor would she seek one.

She told Carol Hartsell of the Huffington Post it was in July of 2012-http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/04/tig-notaro-breast-cancer_n_1742071.html   “
Yeah, after Amy hired me on the show, I had the mammogram and the abnormal results"

She told Ariel Levy in an Elle Magazine piece that it was in May of 2012-www.elle.com/pop-culture/best/tig-notaro-kyle-dunnigan-comedy-central-writers
w hen Notaro finally made it back to California a month later(after her mother's death,) she kept a scheduled mammogram appointment; it came back abnormal.

( From her Facebook: Tig Notaro  July 2, 2012 - to show how the times were arrived at)

life, you are a strange, strange bird, aren't you?all of a sudden i'm now moving to NYC.i got asked to write and also be on a fancy television program. It’s been a swirling possibility, but last night i got the confirmation …”)

(From her Facebook - May 15, 2012

Tig returns after a 6 wk absence dealing with the unexpected loss of her mother and recovering from her own wk long stint in the hospital.

Note:-Notaro was hired for the Amy Shumer show on July 2nd 2012 - according to her facebook page, so she’s telling Hartsell it was July when she had this mammogram scheduled. Her mother. Mathilde “Susie” Ocgallahan had a funeral, on April 1st, according to a eulogy online, so she was telling Levy it was in May when she kept the scheduled appointment for a mammogram.

When did she get the diagnosis of cancer-

 Comedy historian, Kira Hesser,
From Kira Hesser's blog flame like me( Posted on August 5th 2012 and yet quoted from and referenced  by Dylan Guidino and Carol Hartsell on August 4th 2012)

And that’s when she told us that 3 days ago, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, in   both breasts.

NPR  would have Notaro on, in time for October’s Cancer Awareness month, but apparently not in time to pin down the date of diagnosis. To them it was more dramatic that Hesser/Notaro's three days.

Ira Glass of NPR:A few hours after learning her diagnosis, she went onstage. “ -

Notaro on her podcast and to Entertainment Weekly: The day before I did the set,  I learned the stage of the Cancer.

Notaro to the guardian: four days before she learned the stage.

Time magazine- hours after her cancer diagnosis she went on stage.

Wikipedia: “A day before .”

Notaro To Terry Gross of NPR’s Fresh Air: Maybe a week before, or maybe a day before in reference to told she had cancer, and the staging.

To Andrew Goldman of the New York Times is was on July 25th 2012 as she and Nick Kroll were togetherat a show where a loving Conan O' Brian was present to tell her that she could come on his show anytime cause he loved her..

More than a year later it was this To a Sacramento paper- Nine days before to be exact. http://www.newsreview.com/sacramento/live-let-live/content?oid=13389841

Who hosted the alleged August 3rd 2012 show?-

Notaro todl her podcast that she scheduled the show and it was her show_ Tig and Friends.
Yet, the majority of retellings had Ed Helms introducing her that night for a half hour set.

Only one article  had Louis CK introduing her that night.  none mentioned that it was her show and she would not have needed an introduction.

Kira Hesser:  Ed Helms Introduced her

Louis CK: Ed Helms introduced her

The Independent in August of 2013 : " Louis CK and Notaro are old pals, so he gave her a warm introduction"

Taken from an interview, so this must be what she told the writer.

Who scheduled the show ?

Notaro went on at lenghth, on her podcast, that  strategically scheduled the show in the  hopes that if the cancer set failed Louis CK and Bill Burr would save the show by being scheduled as the last two. Why then was she introduced by either Louis CK or Ed Helms, according Hesser.

Who is Kira Hesser?

According to all articles just an audience member with a blog.

According to what I suspect- a friend of Nick Kroll's. Google Kira Hesser and Nick Kroll for a sense of how often she promoted his show on her blog.

Was their any memorable moments during the show?

 From Louis CK's Website:

 October 5th 2012-

One night I was performing at a club in LA called Largo. Tig was there. She was about to go on stage. I hadn't seen Tig in about a year and I said how are you? Notaro to WBEZ adio, and to Peter Holmes, and on her podcast:

"I didn’t talk to anyone backstage. I didn’t tell anyone." She went on to how shocked all the performers were afterwards.
According to Notaro when she spoke to WBEZ and any other outlets, she told no one what she had prepared to do. She spoke to no one backstage about her cancer or her plans for the set.

Why then did Louis CK so vividly recall their before the set backstage meeting? He was trying to help her before the cancer....Or did Nick Kroll put him up to that too?

Entertainment Weekly

Love cover star Louis C.K.? Check out these up-and-coming comics

This week’s cover star Louis C.K. is often referred to as a comedian’s comedian, the kind of guy who considers the stand-up form sacred and takes his form and craft very seriously. In carving out his own personal area of the comedy world (one worth millions of dollars), he has not only cast himself as a singularity but also paved the way for a new wave of dynamic stand-ups who have thrived in today’s multi-platform environment mostly by tapping into their purest selves — just like Louis did.
So take a look at these five comics, all of whom seem ready to break out at a moment’s notice. You may not know them now… but you will…

Tig Notaro
Her deadpan style has recently led to a spin through the NBC comedy block — last season, she guested on both The Office and Community. She also used to show up regularly on The Sarah Silverman Program.

Obsessions: Her Mississippi upbringing; babies taking showers; Taylor Dayne
Key Bit: It’s a long listen, but Notaro’s surreal encounters with singer Taylor Dayne are mind-blowing.
Find Her: She co-hosts her weekly podcast Professor Blastoff, a fascinating hour that covers funny personal stories as well as deeper conversations about philosophy and science (after you listen to the Taylor Dayne bit above, be sure to listen to the podcast episode that features a guest appearance by Dayne herself). Pick up her stand-up album Good One and follow her updates at her official site.

Why was the set recorded? Who recorded it?

Why was the show taped? Who taped it?

Notaro on her podcast, and to various outlets: Because she wanted to be on American Life twice and Ira Glass was after her for material, and told her “ your power is on the stage.” So she taped it so she might use some of it for later for This American Life.

Notaro to Entertainment Weekly’s Popwatch: Flanagan records audio of most of the shows there, so when I got off stage and went home that night, I emailed Ira and said, ‘I think I got something you could maybe use [for This American Life].’

Notaro to the Los Angeles Times- She records her performances, then tweaks the routines. That's why Notaro recorded the Largo show

Or, was Louis CK’s version correct:
After her set, I asked Mark Flanagan, the owner of Largo (great club, by the way) if he recorded the set. Largo is set up for excellent recordings. He said that he did.

To Peter Holmes ,  (Since Holmes is a comedian in L.A and NY and knows of Mark Flanagans strict no taping policy, he sought to have her clarify why it was taped.)

On Holmes’s podcast of  October of 2013- She stated that she had made sure she requested Mark Flanagan tape it so she’d have it for this American Life- to work on or use etc.

Note: So what’s the score there? An even split between her taping it and Mark Flanagan taping it? One for her asking Mark Flanagan to tape it? Why would something so concrete and easy to remember not stay consistent?

when did she find out her set at gone viral- She would say either early morning or late afternoon.

When did Louis CK tweet about the set(The purported reason such a story spread in a viral way)

She said that she woke up late to find her phone abuzz and offerfs from the Rolling Stong and the New York Times.

Next up.
How did news spread of this very special set.

How did Louis CK approach her to release the tape

When did the tape get released and what kind of press followed and preceded it.

What would her cancer treatments be?
How would she choose to profit off this alleged adversity?

What charities would she donate to?

Why doesn't NPR do an update on Tig Notaro's battle with cancer. C'mon Terry Gross and Ira Glass surely Kroll can afford an update

Were here breasts really removed?

This http://henypire.blogspot.com/2014/01/should-tig-notaro-win-grammy-for-best.html
and the video of my blurry, but beautiful sister,
 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yFKSu68pCU

trumped by some the understandable response that no one in their right mind would remove their breasts for kicks.

There is the belief that Ms. Notaro, must have had this major surgery. And, since she did then all improbables, impossibilities, and inconsistencies are to be disregarded.  Who can really blame any disinterested passerby buying into the stories told by her, and then to the press. Most can care less either way, and those who might care a little figure they can never find proof, either way.  Had I not been victim and witness to how twisted is Notaro, (And Nick Kroll who made this scam possible and then profitable)I would be amongst the public, in trusting whatever I might read about this person.

Louis CK said it's true, so it must be, has been the only other sentiment used to bolster the position that Notaro is telling the truth. Actually that's not the only sentiment. Recently, a Joel Arsenault called my sister a "cunt" and went on to say that Tig Notaro is an entertainer and has all the right to invent cancer and profit from said fake cancer.

Again, it's understandable that those who don't know what Notaro is capable of-- would take her at her word but Joel Arsenault's response strikes me as beyond the pale cynical or insane.

When faced with this " Well, explain the mastectomy, then?" repsonse, I've felt frustrated by this only remaining hole in my case against her re: The cancer story. I can't access medical records.

Indeed, sixteen days after the alleged major surgery that was said to have removed  both her breasts, she did look as flat as a fellow.in a tight t-shirt.

I'd imagine her chest would have been super sore just sixteen days, after, and she'd want to wear something looser, and I'd imagine that she'd look more stiff considering that she'd told certain publications that the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes or alternately, she'd told Louis CK that "it spread all through my chest." But, that's just throwaway suspicion stuff, and not solid evidence. We figured that she might even have had surgery Ala Chastity Bono. When Ms Notaro began wearing men's suits the transexual angle seemed even more possible.

I know she has "tiny titties," because that is a big joke in one of her exhausted routines.  It's clear that pre-surgery, she had tiny buds as opposed to a bountiful bosom. In other words, if faking cancer was part of her newest venture in con artistry- she could easily have disguised said buds A la Boys Don't Cry. She, of course, would have to be very twisted to do that but I know that she is very twisted and that she lacks any moral compass  I witnessed her lie in the most obvious ways about serious things, and then for reasons that took me years to understand- she was able to get away with it. Here's a four word hint to tide the curious over, till the book is finished- NICK KROLL, IAN PUDDICK

But, back to the buds, and what became of them.

So, I'm sure that despite the series of inconsistencies, improbabilities, and outright impossibilities that surround the entirety of her cancer set story-- that part is a lost cause.

Until today that is

Today, someone put up these pictures as a means to make the allegations against her uncredible. Pre-Surgery
http://socialcomedy.files.wordpress.com/2012/08/tignotaro2.jpg

vs Post Double Masectomy:http://cdn.teamcococdn.com/assets/image/640x0/scale:max/sig:ee677f867d9c84d9abf2669523827ab9/0417_tignotaro_close-519cfa58bc653.jpg

There clearly is a big weight loss between both images. Notaro said it was 30 pounds and that likely is one of the few non-lies she has told.

Still, the difference is profound . I figured she's doing a good tight halter, or sock around the( after extreme weight loss) breasts. Or, maybe she did have some breast surgery for Chaz Bono reasons.... Whatever the case, I am forever to be forgiven by any decent human being of suspecting anything that comes out of this sociopath's grimy yap. If I found out every word of her cancer story is true, it would defy all common sense, considering the link attached above, but I would not feel bad since considering what she did to me and my family, nothing i can do or say about her would be undeserved. Still, I have truth on my side, and always have. Trying to expose her(or stop her from harming me and my family,) by spreading the truth is what I've done from the start. The point is that I have no doubt she's lying, but if by some immense stretch of the imagination, I was wrong.... so what? It's like saying that Casey Anthony did tell the truth about having some surgery and it is wrong to doubt anything said by someone with that kind of history of DISHONESTY and ruthlessness.

But boy oh boy would it be nice to have a picture to paint a thousand words.

Two seconds after thinking that, but never thinking I'd find it, this after double mastectomy pic popped up. Notice the bra. This from the "Mortified Sessions." Given the 30 pound weight loss, it is entirely possible that these are how her breasts would look, if she didn't wrap them up enough etc. Will one slip, that exposed her bra, and the still existing bumps- convince the still unconvinced?
