I'm here ready to cover anything pressing in the Chabad telethon:


Some tortured soul / film producer giving the Chabad's props. I am tempted to ask for help because over 30 thou sucked down the drain by Mathilde "Tig" Notaro.  I could have been a contenda!


The film producer was charming-- Jerry Weintraub-- nice.  Klezmer band on and hope for some hipnesss. Now they are talkng about how this group was helped by Chabad. So against everything I was raised for-- to ask for a penny from anyone-- but good to know the jews are there especially that we are super jews( mother in the ACTUAL bergen belsen- famous for Anne frank etc.)

Wierd to be a part of such a small group in such a dramatic way and still be secular to the bone.
