Written to defective detective, James Hoffman, of the LAPD's "famed" Threat Management Unit

Famed for the wrong reasons or as other victim of them,  Francis Coyote Shivers named them, "The Threat Manufacturing Unit."

A little context, though so much context is needed for the whole story: We somehow thought Hoffman was a more decent guy. After the criminal charge was brought and we slowly but surely were getting the witnesses. and the evidence, I begged him to do something after his comment on the phone, "We're not going to coffee shops for this."

In the end, he and the others were answering to Marty Singer(google Marty Singer Vanity Fair for an idea) and Jules Kroll  - cause of course Notaro had gotten herself a very powerful friend ,who employs the former head of the TMU and scouts police departments and prosecutors offices to offer them lucrative position in the private sector. If they act appropriately shady, they can get very rich off Kroll.

Louis CK and Tig Notaro had a strange relationship before the supposed, " SNL plagiarism scandal."

Well that so called  scandal didn't seem to go very far. I found out about by seeing this.

A real scandal however - how she faked having a stalker and then faked having cancer- has yet to get fully exposed. Just saw that this post is getting tons of hits so I just am gonna cut and paste the parts that refer to Louis CK's participation in what I consider to be a scam.

Did Notaro tell anyone what she planned to do on stage?

Not all of it, of course, but Louis CK, would remember a detailed encounter with Notaro backstage, when he sold the set on his website, and when he set this out to all the people on his e-mail list. The Huffington Post wrote a whole piece dedicated to his "e-mail blast."

One night I was performing at a club in LA called Largo. Tig was there. She was about to go on stage. I hadn't seen Tig in about a year and I said how are you? She replied "well I found out today that I have cancer in both breasts and that it has likely spread to my lymph nodes. My doctor says it looks real bad. "

Three days later, Louis CK spoke to Terry Gross of NPR’s Fresh Air about the set.

October 8th 2012

So I went in and there was Tig and we're standing in the dark next to the stage and she's getting ready to go on. And I said hey, I heard you're sick. I'm sorry. And she said actually, I have cancer. And I was like what? And she said yeah, it's really bad and it's in my whole chest and it's going to go all the way to my lymph nodes and I'm not going to make it, probably. And she started telling me this stuff and, you know, my eyes filled up, I couldn't believe it.

"I didn’t talk to anyone backstage. I didn’t tell anyone." She went on to how shocked all the performers were afterwards.

According to Tig Notaro: 

“After the show It took her two months to agree to Louis C.K.’s idea to release it and is “shocked” that it’s become the No1 selling comedy album. “When you do a show it might generate chatter, but not go around the world,” she says.

(It was released at the Start of October- Cancer awareneness month, don’t ya know.)

I had e-mails from my manager: Rolling Stone wants to talk to you, The New York Timescalled, book offers are coming in. It was like it was July and I came out of my bedroom and the house was decorated for Christmas, with a tree and presents and your whole family is there like, fa la la la la. What is happening?"

C.K. called to say he’d had a three-hour lunch with Woody Allen talking about her set, and wanted to sell a recording of the set on his website. (Called "Live," it has sold more than 100,000 downloads.)

Note: In nearly every version of this part- she says Louis CK called her the next morning and urged her to release it and she only agreed a week before October...

So, did CK e-mail her somewhat leisurely and have her agree a few days later, or did he call her the next day urging and pleading and such...? Or is Tig Notaro an insane liar. I go with the last one unless Louis CK is lying for whatever reason?

She would repeatedly make comments about how she only gave in after months of Louis CK's pestering. And, she always maintained that Louis CK called her the next day to urge her to release it because "It is very important."

A fist fight broke out... This is all during my set. I had to stay focused and talk to audience while people were pinning each other down and screaming. And one of the guys that left, the police broke his leg while they were holding him down.

Police report taken by Gregozek as to – April 12, 2008 incident-  Statement by notaro

On April 12^th 2008 Notaro was standing outside Largo. At approximately 2130 hours, Notaro was standing outside with owner, Mark Flanagan Notaro saw Spitzberg and her sister running towards her.She ran inside and security closed the doors.

Spitzberg pounded on the doors and yelled, “where gonna get that fucking dyke!” Security kept the doors closed for over an hour.

The police were called but Spitzberg had left before they arrived.

. April 12 Incident - as told in her affidavit to get temporary restraining order- under oath

The next night I performed at Largo was April 12^th , 2008., I was standing outside the club with the owner Mark Flanagan. I noticed Alisa and her sister, Lauren Spitzberg, about fifteen feet away from my right. They ran towards me and lunged at me, and I ran inside before they could make physical contact. They were not allowed entrance into the club, and Mark Flanagan called the police.

Alisa and Lauren went around to the back door, and for an hour and a half proceeded to verbally abuse Mark Flanagan and Michael Griffee, scream at the top of their lungs, and bang on the door.

They ran back and forth from the front to back entrance yelling, “were going to get that dyke.” They left close to 11 p.m before the police could come.

MS. NOTARO:  THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY NIGHT I WAS   PERFORMING AGAIN, AND I WAS OUTSIDE OF THE VENUE TALKING TO
  THE OWNER OF THE CLUB, AND I LOOKED TO MY RIGHT AND ALISA AND HER SISTER RIGHT AS I TURNED TO MY RIGHT WERE RUNNING  DOWN THE SIDEWALK TOWARDS ME.  I WENT INSIDE.  THE OWNER  SHUT THE DOOR, WOULDN'T LET THEM IN.AT THAT POINT THEY HAD TO LOCK THE DOOR BECAUSE THEY WERE KICKING AND BEATING THE DOOR SAYING WE'RE GOING
TO GET THAT FUCKING DIKE. 

AND THEN THEY WENT AROUND TO THE  BACK.  THAT'S WHEN AGAIN MY BACK DOOR GUY FROM LARGO, THE HAD TO LOCK THE BACK DOOR, AND THEY CONTINUED DOING THAT FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF.  AND THEN KEVIN, WHO I'VE ALSO
BROUGHT, WAS SOMEBODY THAT WAS AT THE VENUE THAT NIGHT, ANJUST;SAYING:  "WE'RE GOING TO GET THAT FUCKING DIKE.  SHE BETTER WATCH HER BACK.

Notaro said a few nights later, Alisa once again showed up at Largo. This time she brought her sister along with her. When Alisa first showed up on this second night Notaro stated that she had been outside and talking with its owner Mark Flanagan Notaro said that Flanagan told her to immediately get inside the club and he would take care of Alisa and her sister. Notaro also advised that the police also showed up that evening at Largo but she believed that Alisa and her Sister had already left Largo. Prior to the police arriving there. She said that she carried on with her performance that evening but she advised that she was in a “paranoid state” throughout the evening..

Julius Quinn Robert’s statement affidavit (doorman at the dime bar very closeby and witnessed any activity at front door)

I am the door guy at the dime which is no more than 16 feet away from where largo once was. I remember the day in question and remember nothing happen(ing) I even

talked to the ladies for a minute or two and invited them inside the dime for a drink. These ladies are good people to be around and everything that this woman said is a lie.

On September 10th  2009, Boags ordered all the documents associated with the the alleged arrest and with an "unknown" incident number. 




We have to assume he wondered why Gregozek hasn't provided him such a number. But Gregozek does provide one incident number that he claims the unnamed Officers have supplied.





A year into the criminal prosecution, a new prosecutor is assigned the case. His name is Martin Boags(give his name a google to see how his moral turpitude problems unbenched his father, Charles Boags)


So  On September 11th 2009, I won't take any plea offers still, the evidence is in that this is all a sham, and the competency scheme hits a snag when for whatever reason, Judge Samantha Jessner, orders it be stopped. The competency scheme now seemingly kaput, Martin Boags and the prosecution can do three things 1) dismiss the charges and face a civil suit 2) find another dirty way to win at all costs 3) try to win at trial.

In this scheme of things it appears Martin Boags is somewhat in the dark, and so he decides he will take it to trial. For the first time, and after four or more prosecutors have failed to order any records, Boags orders the documents, we can presume, he is sure will help him win. Arrest records cause it says there was an arrest(though there was none and that is another story,) and the records that Notaro, Mark Flanagan, Micheal Griffee, and Notaro say exists. Detective John Gregozek does not include any incident or police report number so we can guess Martin Boags is a little confused. 

Let's revisit just want he'd want ordered based on Gregozek's report- 




Wow security kept doors closed for over an hour(in another version Notaro would put it at 6 hours. In one, it was four but never mind...) So a whole packed club... possibly hundreds of calls to the police. But let's just trust Gregozek , Michael Griffee, Mark Flanagan and Notaro when they claim police were called by Mark Flanagan and arrived before the Spitzberg or Spitzer sister could be ... apprehended... arrested... what we'll never know.


He puts in a rush order on September 14th 2009 or according to this - a V Castro requested it. He requests they mark the number on any CD or document they send. He claims that the trial is to be August 12 2009 and it better get to him immediately. August 12th? HMMMM HMMMMM CHILLS - if you know what will happen on that day.  He lists an incident number that doesn't exist and that is listed for another date by Gregozek. That too was a falsified number with no accompanying reports of any kind.  in this case aside no reports exist, aside  of those manufactured by John Gregozek and signed off by Jeffrey Dunn(the supervisor and head of the Threat Management Unit)

He gets this in response:

So as of September 14th 2009, City attorney Martin Boags is cognizant of some very very very suspicious things going on with the case, that just fell in his lap. 


1) His "Victim" is lying in a particularly disturbing way. Mathilde "Tig" Notaro is making claims that had any effort been made on the part part of the defense attorneys - could have easily been shown as a perjury and making false claims to the police, and in doing so this prosecution is based on a void order -  there is no valid restraining order and the case must be dismissed. 

2) Michael Griffee made these same claims and said he was right there when he saw Mark Flanagan make that call. So he's lying for whatever reason and did so under penalty of perjury. So we likely have a tampering with witness situation or Griffee has been promised something or some other nefarious reason to lie under oath.

3) What is up with Detective John Gregozek. At this point, he has written up many reports and four search warrants that all say that he has vetted Notaro's claims and they all turned out to be true and therefore he presented them as fact to get exigent circumstance search warrants, and as of this date - three criminal charges against me. As you will see, Boags would add four more charges before he'd be mysteriously removed from the case. 

4) I have been not pleaing and fighting with all I had that all along this has been a void order, based on fraud on the court and some level of conspiracy with John Gregozek. 

This proves it ,and so what does Martin Boags do?

Amy Schumer Vs Tig Notaro. Tig Notaro honest? That time she tried to get her agent, Heidi Feigin, to perjure herself and failed

cause I have a very strange connection to it ...It involves Amy Schumer's agent and Tig Notaro's ex agent, Heidi Feigin, and she played a big part in my case.

I've seen people online saying that Tig Notaro is "brutally honest." Brutally dishonest is what she is. A pathological liar, actually, and the type of liar that seems to enjoy ruining innocent people's lives.

There are so many instances of her lies, and how she was able to get away with it - that it's mind blowing, but here's the Heidi Feigin one. Feigin dropped Notaro soon after that night, but is still Amy Schumer's agent

Appelate court unpublished decision put on Internet by Lavely and Singer( Bill Cosby's lawyer and Notaro's lawyers) after taking EXTREME measures to make sure I couldn't go to the oral hearing(looong terrible story to be found in that link) Why did a then unknown comedian like Notaro hire Lavely and Singer to get a civil restraining order? Because Nick Kroll hooked her up with them and she needed those kind of lawyer to acquire orders based on her obvious lies. Then when she was sued and knew she'd lose if any law was followed, Lavely and Singer came back to close the deal- get Nick Kroll's friend anything she wants.

Back to the "appelated decision" of what she was able to get on the internet using fraud and perjury etc.

On the evening of April 7, 2008, after Notaro performed at Largo, Spitzberg approached her and asked Notaro if she remembered her. Notaro said that she remembered meeting her and that Spitzberg had been aggressive and had pushed her. Notaro then said she did not want to talk to Spitzberg and told Spitzberg to leave her alone.

On the evening of April 7, 2,008. I performed at Largo in Hollywood, CA.. After I got off stage alisa approached me to ask if I remembered her. I said plainly, “Yes, I do.” And then continued a conversation I was having with my agent. Alisa interrupted saying “no you don’t remember me. I said, Yes the night we met you were being aggressive and you pushed me. I remember you and I don’t want to talk to you at all. Leave me alone. Alisa became quickly enraged and insisted repeatedly that I was lying. Because I was afraid it would escalate, I had Michael Griffee, the doorman at largo, escort her out of the building.

Notaro said the next occasion, in which she had any type of contact with Alisa had occurred on 4/7/08. On that particular evening Notaro said she was performing at a club called Largo, and her show that night was called “Tig and friends.”

Sometimes during that evening Notaro said she had seen Alisa sitting inside of this club and near the bar area. Notaro advised that her brand new agent Heidi was also in attendance to see her perform her comedy show. After her show was over Notaro said she was in the audience and she was speaking to her agent.

All of a sudden, Notaro stated that Alisa then walked up to the two of them and said, “ Do you know who I am?” Do you remember me? Notaro replied back to her and said, “I know who you are . You shoved me.” After this brief encounter, Notaro said she walked to an employee who works at Largo, named Micheal, and he had asked Alisa to leave the location at her request. Alisa then left the location.

Statement of Heidi Feigin- was notaro’s agent and went to see her that night. Neil Spector investigator’s report for public defender.

When asked if this female subject caused any trouble at the show at Largo at this night in question, Feigin said no. Feigin Advised that this unknown subject just appeared to be a “normal fan.” And she had caused no problems on that particular evening. She stated she had just sat at the back of this club and next to the bar while watching the show. When asked if she had seen this unknown female subject ever make contact with Notaro on that night in question, Feigin said no. When asked if she knew the unknown subject’s name, Feigin once again stated no.

Sometimes during that evening Notaro said she had seen Alisa sitting inside of this club and near the bar area. The witness was talking to her agent, heidi Feigin from the william Morris Agency. The parties where at Largo when they were at Fairfax. The defendan’t asked Ms. Notaro’ “ Do you know who I am. Ms. Notaro responded, “ yes leave me alone.” Defendant stated, “ I don’t think you remember me.
Ms. Notaro responded, “ I remember you. You shoved me., ‘ get away from me.
