In reference to Hunter Seidman and Heidi Feigin -- Do not let Tig Notaro near your money poor old general public

My first encrypted search. Someone in New York is interested in what I had to say, at some point, about Heidi Feigin and Hunter Seidman's role in Tig Notaro's ugly and epic con job.

I am being objective when I state that no weathered lesbian with a receding hairline, should ever insist that others call her "Tig." It is the least of her assaults on good sense, but it is significant because I am forced to type out such a name in reference to her and it rankles. I understand she tells some fake or real story how her brother gave her that nickname rather than the nicer but hard to pronouce Mathilde. I was  popular in highschool and had a nickname throughout . I never would insist that adults call me "Spitz."

 I learned about the alleged origins of her awful nickname , three years ago, dear encryted reader from New York. I learned this tid bit then beause beforehand I had no idea who the hell was this Tig Notaro. The only reason I know of her now and why I must discuss her until she is effectively exposed is because she targeted me and has caused me great damages on many levels.

In the course of conversations with those offline, to this very day, no one has heard of her. Not one person has heard of her. Not one. They have heard of Sarah Silverman and Louis CK. They have heard of Amy Shumer. But, not one has ever heard of Tig Notaro even after all this mad promotion for her cancer tape. I ascribe it to the curses that we send her way but I can't be sure, of course.

 I know there has been unethical freelancers pushing her story, for whatever cynical or clueless reason, and that they insist that her cancer story has gone viral. Yet, no one has heard of her, even after this cancer tale has been recognized as a means to make money for certain mercenary or clueless types. Probably a mix of mercenary and clueless is Ira Glass , Hilary Redmon and Louis CK. I can't imagine that they knowingly would assist a pathological and evil spirited liar with her various schemes. Still, it is curious that they are buying that someone aged 41 is told that she has stage 2 cancer that has spread to the Lymph Nodes and that she is cured after only a masectomy. As far as I'm told, this is not the way it works. Something, again, is very wrong with her stories.

Except for  some self described comedy geeks, or certain people who have been approached by Louis Ck and Ira Glass, No one has heard of Tig Notaro. It's as if she had to get or to fake cancer to get any name recognition.
The truth is that the story of the obscure comedian who spilled her guts on stage one day did not go viral. Viral entails millions of people and this just isn't the case.

.It's just not true and it's curious . Why are these publications pushing these false premises on the unwitting public?

Curious enough to get others to become supsicious, and hasten the undoing of the mutant like sociopath, Tig Notaro. Why would I spend any time trying to hasten the undoing of a weathered lesbian mutant named, Tig Notaro? Well, that is because she has stolen from me my name, my money, and more. She did so for no viable reason. She will throw out ugly words out and she will try somehow to convince you that I am her stalker. But, she won't tell you that she is the one who stalked me. She is the one who filed false police report after false police report and used the law firm of Lavely and Singer to bury me because I dared write a blog about what she was doing. And, that is what this is really all about.
At the core this is a case of how Lavely and Singer will step in and make sure the first amendment will become meaningless once they get involved.
 She will point to court decisions but she won't tell you that every single sentence in that appeal was based on lies and fraud. She won't tell you that I was jailed for the oral hearing. She won't tell you that I was jailed without charges or any evidence of any crime and that Lavely and Singer and John Gregozek are parties to an astounding conspiracy in the Los Angeles court. Notaro wont' tell you that I have no history of any mental illness and she wont' tell you that I have never had a genuinely paranoid thought. I never beleived in conspiracies and am not prone to distrust much less paranoai. Hell, I can't even spell the word.

None of what she would say happened happened. From the start, she was up to no good and I had no idea.

 For the sake of appearing credible I should admit to some of it, any of it, but I can't because I can't admit to something I didnt' do. I didn't till the bitter end and all seven charges were thrown out by the judge or dismissed by the prosecutors.

She will fail to tell you about Heidi Feigin. She will fail to tell you that she, Tig Notaro, is so deranged and so twisted that she will tell everyone that Heidi Feigin, her then agent at William Morris, stood right there as I stalked or harrassed or cursed or whatever it is she would create over three years. Why? Why would she place a  talent agent from William Morris there if none of what she alleged ever took place?

Therein lies the impossibility to  get satisfactory answers. Therein lies the madness of a desperate hollywood wannabe who was sure that her agent was so cynical and so convinced of her selling power that she would lie for her. Well, as luck would have it, by the time the investigator for the public defender got to Heidi Feigin , Ms Feigin was not in any position(It appears that she dumped Tig Notaro very soon after taking her on)to lie for Tig Notaro.


Feigin not only confirmed that no verbal assault occurred but confirmed that there wasn't evan any altercation. Notaro would, on May 28th 2008, to a Judge Gerald Rosenberg, swear under oath that I had approached her and Feigin, "Got in Notaro's face" and began calling Notaro a "Dyke Bitch Cunt."  Rosenberg failed to note that she said no such thing in her affidavit. Lavely and Singer was listed as her attorney(though they never even had to show up) and a long stretch of my fate was sealed.  Feigin told the truth. And, the truth was that for whatever reasons Notaro made it all up.

None of this stopped Lavely and Singer and Tig from then stomping us and conning the people of california with a wasteful and very malicous prosecution. The story gets complicated and my allegations seems far fetched. But, they are all true ,and that will be seen as soon as the case is laid out from beginning to end.

If it wasn't bad enough that Tig Notaro was so cynical and so twisted that she would expect her agent to lie on her behalf, it was worse that no one then would stop this. Heidi was one of five witnesss. All witnesses did not report ambigous testimony. All would shake their heads and state that nothing, nada, zip etc, Notaro would allege was true in any way.  She was a madwoman and Lavely and Singer has managed to make it seem otherwise to many.

It got worse and worse. Then, my public defender calls me and she says, " good news. I just spoke to Feigin. She's going to be an even better witness than I thought. She sounds really pissed. She says that she is getting calls from Hunter Seidman and he is trying to intimidate her by saying, " Why are tesitfying for the other side.?"

Well, it would turn out that Feigin was not allowed to testify because the trial judge made a very bad ruling and would nto allow a collaterall attack on the void restraining order. He cited "judicial economy" This went against all law but  he was a good guy, but he had political considerations too.

The public defender rather than report witness intimidation by the fired intern( Google Hunter Seidman Collective) let everythng slide. In the end, she admitted that she "worked for the city" Which is very odd since she supposedly works for the county. She was kind enough, in some way, to just say hey idealistic lady I can't really work for you. This is all a big crock and the public defender as public pretender rap is a very valid one.

Now, I'm exhausted, Encryped reader from New York. Reliving trauma is the pits. Seeing your victimizer in her false roles is nauseating.

I know that the internet is not an easy place to get information and the Heidi part needs to be as crystal clear as possible. I can only say for now(because I am conking out just realizing again how much that monster got away with)that there can be no dispute that Tig Notaro is capable of inventing lies that get the lied about jailed for 31 days. She is capable of watching those who had no idea who she was much less never harmed suffer and suffer and then she is capable of inventing new lies so they maybe can suffer some more. Only a sociopath can do that. Only a sociopath can strut and smirk as she does this and that is what Notaro did. And, the damage she caused and the evil she unleashed( Lavely and Singer, Jeffrey Dunn and John Gregozek, Judge Maria Stratton, Martin Boags, Dr. Kaushal Sharma etc etc.) is something that blows any mind and is much more compelling story than the story of an evil and obscure comedian getting smited. And, that must be the real story. It must be if the universe makes any sense, because Notaro deserves every plague and every punishment. She is no Jobl  She is too grubby to be compared to Pharoa but that is more like it.  If there is a god there are many plagues left.

  Instead of lying prostate before some higher power, and begging god to somehow fix the epic and cruel mess she created for us( and in some sense herself)she lies some more and damages others some more.

Google a Jaqueline Montalvo LAPD. She signed up as a witness for my defense on February 23rd 2010. Google her and see and then google TMU and John Gregozek and do some math. Do some research. Look into the judges and Unti involved in case 8CA10541. Look into Judge Gerald Rosenberg.

Google Martin Boags and Jennifer Waxler and realize these were the prosecutors they made sure to get in this case.  Google the story about Jennifer Waxler and Occupy LA and Tyson Heder. Google Dr. Kaushal Sharma and look into his past. There's a pulitzer out there for any one who can capture the Dr. Kaushal Sharma and Judge Maria Stratton parts alone.  Google Lavely and Singer and look into their control over Jeffrey Dunn and that whole dirty unit. Ask around and see what they have done in other case.   I will post the tape once I get everything transferred too. That seems to really get some important points across.

Oh well, I hope that sated the encryped searchers, or someone's, curiosity.

P.S I regret that I have to use Heidi Feigin's name but in this case I think it is justified. She was honest but she doesn't want to make more waves.  Yet, she has the capacity now to save lives and names, and I think she should try.
